My friend visited Philippines and had a house built for U.S. $20,000 3 bedrooms 21/2 bath. Philippine real state is way over priced! It is also too close to the street, there is not a lot of privacy. If you plan to buy a house, it is better to have it built for you. You save a lot of money that way.

Real Estate in Cebu is still doing good and saleable. This house is just worth for its price. If you dont have money to buy then dont dare to say negative things of this property. kung saan mura ang prisyo ng bahay sa buong mundo, saka naman tumaas ang bintahan sa pilipinas, di bali nalang ibili kona lang bahay at paupahan ko uli, sayang bibili sana ako ng bahay sa PI pero kung masmahal sa 6 bedrooms namin dito sa fairfield eh, wag nalang!

Yes I agree these houses are way overpriced step outside and check the infrastructure first plus you need securtiy guards as you are paranoid of who is outside the fence. go a short trip around the block and see the poor people, who you are scared of as they might mug you or shoot you. But are harmless but you think they want what you have…etc ect

People that are going to retire soon cannot afford to live in the United States because of the cost of medicare and cost of living in the U.S. since everything is going up in price & their retirement savings are dwindling down because of the economic crisis & companies laying off people. Some people who still have a little bit of money left might start thinking that it will be better to retire somewhere else like Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize or even the Philippines.
